We are delighted to invite you to our final EY Mindfulness Network webcast of this fiscal year, which takes place on Wednesday 26 June at 12.00 (BST).

This webcast is also open for registration for people outside of the EY Mindfulness Network.

Join us in a conversation with Yfke Laanstra, to talk about her passion for technology, balancing online & offline, and becoming better equipped for our changing future.

Yfke has popularized the term ‘Slow Tech’ and has launched a set of guidelines for revising the position of tech in our lives.
“If we really want to be Future Proof then we need to take the necessary steps. Because the Tech Tsunami is raging on and we haven't seen nothing yet... And in the contrary to Elon Musk I don't see the solution in implanting/injecting technology in our brain as an attempt to catch up with Artificial Intelligence.”

How is mindfulness related to this? Find out how to move from autopilot to conscious choice in a way to enable yourself to combat our addiction to digital heroin.

Streamed live from The Netherlands, our own Global co-chair Josta Kolkman will engage in a dialogue with Yfke about these and related topics.

We believe engaging in this particular topic is a great way to start the summer and we hope to see you online for this!
